How BKKHUSTLER Started

Welcome to the operation hustlers.

I launched BKKHUSTLER in October 2024, just before my nomad getaway to China. After years of working behind the scenes, I decided it was time for a new hustle—creating my own music persona.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been producing for other artists. While rewarding, this work made it nearly impossible to build my own fanbase. During this time, I’ve created over 4,000 songs that have mostly sat unused on my hard drive, gotten lost, or remained buried in cloud storage.

The frustration of having all this unreleased music led me to a simple but powerful philosophy: stop hoarding and start sharing. I’m now committed to releasing these tracks. This isn’t just about clearing digital space; it’s about letting music fulfill its purpose by reaching listeners.

My goal is ambitious but straightforward: scale this operation to $10K per month. This challenge requires building a dedicated fanbase and implementing various marketing strategies to expand my reach.

In today’s music landscape, streaming services offer viable paths to sustainable income. Spotify’s algorithms, for instance, can introduce your music to new listeners organically. Create evergreen music, and you’ve essentially built a passive income stream that continues generating revenue as long as the platform exists.

We’re already seeing early results—currently pulling in about 200 Spotify streams daily. That’s roughly $0.50 per day from streams alone. These numbers might seem modest, but this is just the beginning. Imagine the potential as we scale with more releases and grow our audience.
